« Tu ets vi natural » — tu es vin nature, en catalan : tout est dit dès le nom. Albert Domingo cultive les vignes familiales à 600 m d'altitude, à la pointe sud du Penedès, et signe ici un rouge d'assemblage (syrah, grenache, tempranillo et cépages blancs vendangés ensemble), façon clairet. Vinifié sans intrants, juteux et désaltérant, gorgé de fruits rouges et d'épices douces. À boire frais, presque comme un grand vin de soif, à l'apéro ou sur une planche.
